1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our online store www.sneakerwashbag.com in the version valid at the time of order.

A consumer is any natural person who makes a purchase for personal use and not for commercial or professional purposes.

 

2. Contract Formation & Order Process

By placing an order through our online store, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products. The purchase agreement becomes effective once you receive an order confirmation email from SNEAKWASH™.

Order Process:

- Select the desired product

- Add the product to your shopping cart

- Review your cart

- Proceed to checkout

- Enter billing and shipping details

- Review and confirm your order

- Submit your order by clicking the “Buy Now” button

Before submitting the order, you can review and correct your details at any time.

 

3. Prices & Payment

All prices listed on our website are final prices in USD (or the selected currency) and include applicable taxes where required.

We accept the following payment methods:

- Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

- PayPal

- Other payment methods shown at checkout

- Full payment is due at the time of order.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, orders are processed within 24–48 business hours and shipped immediately after processing.

Estimated delivery time:

5–9 business days depending on the destination.

In rare cases, delivery may take up to 12 business days due to carrier or customs delays.

The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the goods are delivered to the provided shipping address.

 

5. Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided that the product is:

- Unused

- Unopened

- In its original packaging

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened products cannot be returned.

 

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed and shipped.

Once an order has been handed over to our logistics partner, it can no longer be canceled.
